Aftercare

It’s really important for us to know that you’re enjoying our work and that everything is as it should be. Post-conversion we consider it normal for you to find niggles or things that could be a little different. It can take some time to get used to it all and understand how everything works. We hope you don’t have any problems with your new van, but if you find any faults it’s important that we know about them as soon as possible.

Post-conversion six week check up

If you’ve had a van converted by us, we offer a free six-week check up to discuss how things are going. Please note, this is your responsibility to book this in with us.

If you find any “snags” (faults), please let us know as soon as possible and we will investigate and resolve these.

If you’ve changed your mind about certain aspects of the conversion, or realised things would work better if they were just a little different, we’re happy to look into these too. However, unless there is no manufacturing fault, we class this as a “change”. Any changes we make to our work are charged at standard rates.

    • Panels/hinges that have come loose

    • Faulty products

    • Leaks

    • Altering the location/position of a feature

    • Additional items such as lights/handles/switches

    • Removing/replacing items when there is no fault with them

Normal wear and tear over time and use of the van is repaired at standard rates.
